Kate has been immensely helpful as I’ve transitioned into ownership of my home. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive and has provided crucial support with a wide range of issues. As someone who is new to owning a historic home she has enabled me to feel confident that I’m moving in the right direction regarding its life and health. This has included steering me to reliable contractors, answering a large number of questions on matters large and small, and helping me avoid potential pitfalls that could result in future problems.
